Handcrafted locally in Manitoba from premium cherry wood, these soap trays are designed to elevate your daily cleansing ritual while preserving the life of your favorite tallow soap bars. Each tray is carefully cut, sanded, and finished by hand, giving it a beautiful natural grain that adds warmth and intention to any bathroom or kitchen space.

Unlike mass-produced plastic trays, cherry wood is naturally durable, antimicrobial, and resistant to moisture, making it the perfect material for supporting handcrafted soaps.

The thoughtfully designed slatted structure allows excess water to drain away, keeping your bar dry between uses. This not only prevents the soft, “mushy” buildup that shortens a soap’s lifespan but also helps your bar stay firm, smooth, and long-lasting from start to finish.

Because tallow soaps are naturally rich, creamy, and hydrating, proper drainage is essential for maintaining their structure. Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 48-72 hours and shipped promptly. Please note that orders placed after 1 pm on Fridays will be processed on Mondays, and we don't ship on holidays or weekends.

Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery usually takes 4 - 10 days once it arrives at the post office, depending on the shipping carrier and option chosen. Please consider express post for specific delivery dates.

If there are any issues with your order's arrival, please get in touch with us within seven days of the expected delivery date based on the tracking information.

For international orders, be aware of potential import taxes and customs fees upon arrival, which the recipient is responsible for. Unfortunately, we can't predict these charges as they vary by country.

However, due to the unique nature of our organic and seasonal ingredients, all sales are considered final and not eligible for returns.

We reserve the right to exercise discretion in accepting or declining returns per our internal policies. Understanding the complexities of skincare, we encourage you to consult with us regarding your needs before purchasing.

Please know that our products are multipurpose, and although they can be used on the face, they can also be used on the hands, body, feet, and hair. 

Eternal Tallow is inculpable for any adverse reaction or allergy to our products. We stand behind the caliber and integrity of every ingredient and product we craft, and we share all product ingredients on our website to foster personal discretion while shopping.

If you have inquiries about our products or require assistance due to a quality-related concern or an issue during shipment, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

To expedite the process, please provide a photograph illustrating the quality-related issue or damage during shipment within five days of receiving your order. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to the product(s) purchased, and the customer is responsible for shipping. Please note that gift cards cannot be returned.
