We ship our handmade creams and balms from Winnipeg Manitoba in Canada. Shipping charges will vary depending on your location, we offer local and international shipping. Shipping costs will depend on weight and location. 

We take great care in packaging your order, if your product glass is totally broken upon arrival contact us immediately to received a refund at eternaltallow@gmail.com. 

Although it is rare, sometimes a postal service will lose a package. To mitigate this risk please select a shipping option that has a tracking number with insurance at time of check out. This will make filing a claim much easier for lost packages in order to find the package or for monetary reimbursement. Eternal Tallow will work with you when filing this claim but we are not responsible for the packages once they have been scanned and left with the postal carrier you have chosen at time of check out.
