Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 48-72 hours and shipped promptly. Please note that orders placed after 1 pm on Fridays will be processed on Mondays, and we don't ship on holidays or weekends.
Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery usually takes 4 - 10 days once it arrives at the post office, depending on the shipping carrier and option chosen. Please consider express post for specific delivery dates.
If there are any issues with your order's arrival, please get in touch with us within seven days of the expected delivery date based on the tracking information.
For international orders, be aware of potential import taxes and customs fees upon arrival, which the recipient is responsible for. Unfortunately, we can't predict these charges as they vary by country.

Please know that our products are multipurpose, and although they can be used on the face, they can also be used on the hands, body, feet, and hair.

To expedite the process, please provide a photograph illustrating the quality-related issue or damage during shipment within five days of receiving your order. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to the product(s) purchased, and the customer is responsible for shipping. Please note that gift cards cannot be returned.
